From the outside I was hesitant. However, the hotel was great! The staff was wonderful and willing to help out in any way. It is right on the slope and next to the river. The gondola is right there, and the free bus will take you into town if you want to party at the great clubs, or eat at the amazing restaurants. I already have my next trip booked.

This hotel was just wonderful. They have done an interior rehab since my last visit and the rooms are really nice. The price is a little bit high but I was so pampered with the hot tub, the ski valet, and the concierge that I didn't care.I just loved the place and can't wait to go back. Neighbor's daughter wedding; decided to make our summer vacation also. Condo was large and spacious, but best feature was location; walked to bike rentals, gondola ride, excellent restaurants, shopping. Views were beautiful. Too busy with walking, bicycling, hiking, site seeing for use of the pool. Plan to return in both summer and winter 2-3 years.
The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was great. They could use a small restuarant open for guests even in the ""off season.""
