The proximity to Centennial Olympic park was great. It was very nice to just walk out the door and have the fountains and two playgrounds to use. Afternoon cookies and beverage in the lobby was a nice treat. The only thing we were less than thrilled with was the mandatory valet at a day. I regularly use valet and bellhops when traveling without my husband but like to have a choice to do so. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here for the chick-flia bowl. Right next to the World Congress Center and the Dome. Valet parking was great and fast service. Cost 25.00 per night was a little high, but hey, you're in Atlanta. Rooms were comforable. Will stay here again.

I vist Atlanta atleast 4 times a year. I stay at the Omni everytime. I always get the room I ask for. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean. The location is great. I go to hockey games at Phillips Arena. You don't even have to walk outside. There is a food court and Jock n Jills right there. I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone!! It doesn't get much better than this.

Omni is known for luxury and customer service, but the staff at this hotel were incredible. I had problems with a reservation that was NOT the hotel's fault, but they politely, courteously and professionally worked to help fix the problem....and all during an international conference next door, which I am sure filled the hotel. I was impressed and left feeling like I was some millionaire by the way I was treated. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and attentive.... and most importantly, the food was delicious. The ONLY negative I could offer is that the business center required * for 15 minutes of internet access.......... OMNI, you have a devoted traveler now!!!
