Stayed here during the same time as the Dalai Lama. What a wonderful experience! Had arrived from another Ritz property - Reynolds Plantation - that day and what a difference! This is a metropolitan property with tons of energy and excitement. This is the hotel property in Atlanta to see and be seen. The service is top notch and the food and beverage is excellent as well. This is the Grand Dame of Atlanta hotels.
The infamous Ritz Carlton lived up to its name again. The hotel is gorgeous, food is wonderful and staff cannot do enough. Their efficiency and friendliness are beyond comparison. Location is ideal for shopping - the two main malls are right across the street. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here.
An elegant hotel, fantastic service, great location, awesome shopping within walking distance!
The Dining Room lived up to its very fine reputation, although wine prices are unreasonable. Breakfast is not to be missed. Found the staff to be attentive and to work hard to please. Valet parking was responsive, and enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of the lobby & lounge during the day & early evening. We did find the lounge to be too noisy & crowded at night and the service to be slow then. Also had trouble with getting the room made up during the day. By 5:00 it had still not been done, even after several comments to management. Eventually taken care of and adjustment made to bill at checkout as a gesture to compensate for inconvenience. These fairly small inconveniences stand out more in contrast to the otherwise outstanding and professional service of the hotel.
There's only One Ritz Carlton
The Ritz Carlton Brand is unbeatable by far. The brand name itself exudes a since of luxury. This hotel is where it's at, as far as Atlanta. ...

Memories for Life.
We booked the Ultimate evening package, It was unreal how great it was. We were in heaven.
Very Romantic
This hotel is everything it is supposed to be. I am impressed with the dark wood, the antiques and the largest art collection in Buckhead.

This top name in hotels shines in the poshest neighborhood in Atlanta.
The SceneThe rather basic exterior of the Ritz lacks dramatic impact. Once inside, though, you'll find lavish drop rugs, cherry wood furnit
Ridiculous!
Sorry - the Ritz Buckhead is so far from a hip boutique hotel that it hardly merits the effort to contradict. It's a luxury chain. Not hip. Not...

Most Lavish Sunday Brunch in Town
I'm just writing about the extraordinary Sunday brunch at the Ritz. It beats all others hands down! It's also the most expensive hands down at ...
Most people I saw (except those in the bar late night) seemed unhappy. No wonder. If they could figure a way to meter toilet paper, it would be a buck a sheet.Internet access is free most places but here it;s 14.95 per day. Valet parking is a must and is expensive, especially when you add tips to runners.
The rooms were really disappointing. Bed skirt was soiled, desk chair was broken. Wireless internet was unreliable
It was not as expected. Our room took a long time to be ready and when we got to it - the housekeeper was cleaning the toilets with what seemed like guest towels. Disgusting !
The hotel was very beautiful, but we were put in a room that shared a wall with the elevators. It was very noisy, a fact we didn't realize until we returned late at night. I was dissapointed in the way management handeled our problem, something you don't expect when you stay at a Ritz.
