I STAYED FOR A TOTAL OF 7 DAYS THIS TIME. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COUTEROUS. THE COOKIES WERE GREAT. DURING THE TIME I WAS THERE, THE AREA EXPERINCED A STORM AND THE STAFF WAS WELL PREPARED FOR ANY CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU COULD ADD ANYTHING, IT WOULD BE A WAFFLE IRON IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. I WOULD STAY AGAIN AND WILL BE STAYING AT DIFFERENT TIMES AS I TRAVEL THROUGH.

No one but X seemed to know what was going on at the hotel or how it worked. They weren't familiar with tracel agency and tried to charge me more for a room I already overpaid for.
