This place was very nice staff very friendly . Gated parking was nice to not worry about rental car . Room was very clean and the flat screen was a nice new feature. Location was great centered in the middle of downtown . DID NOT SEE ANY HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE PARK . You can tell that they are re-modeling but from what i seen it is almost complete . Young man on the desk in the evenings was very polite and printed maps to get to the local casinos . Did not get up early for breakfeast but wife did and she enjoyed it. Great security after 10pm you had to show your room key to even get in the front door another nice feature.

The tempurpedic bed gave me the best night sleep ever! Breakfast room was very nice, and any hotel that has the waffle maker where you make your own has my vote! They are a delicious start to the day. Room was clean, parking was fenced in and safe. Close to Old Town.

Generally very clean with an unusually comfortable bed. Front desk staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Park across the street might be suspect-

Hotel was was too pricey for what it was. It was old and dirty. The room was small and not well kept. Parking was awful. Sounds nice to have gated parking, but it wasn't. Not nearly enough room for all cars. Cars were packed in the lot very tightly and then some. We got in just after 10 p.m. and there was no place in the gated lot to park. Not just an open space, no room anywhere. We had to park out car in outside parking and then walk around the gated area to get in the hotel. Seriously, this was a very poor hotel. Don't waste your time, just go anywhere else.

Far from a boutique hotel, this is a six story motel, and one that needs a lot of work. Breakfast is all the carbs you can eat. Try the Gold Ave Cafe instead.

With a little work this could be a GREAT hotel! Wastebaskets in public areas need to be emptied promptly. The breakfast was good but help with the waffle iron was needed. Outdoor tables were very dirty. The room was clean but there was no coffee despite a coffee maker. The bed was VERY comfortable, but one sheet had a small rip.
