We we arrived at the hotel at about 7 PM the room had not been cleaned and was a mess, the toilet hadn't even been flushed. We informed the woman at the desk who personally took care of cleaning it and had it ready by the time we got back from dinner. The next night we arrived back to find that the 1/2" of rain during the evening had leaked through the roof into our room soaking all of the clothes in one suitcase with water and plaster, you could tell that this had been patched before but the roof had never been correctly fixed according to the maintenance man who brought in buckets to collect the water leaking in. The woman at the desk again was very nice and washed all of the clothes from the suitcase that had gotten wet and had them ready by the morning. They also didn't charge us for this night. They didn't have any other rooms with two beds available that night so we didn't move until the next morning. The second room was a smoking room that smelled horribly of stale smoke and we had to get our own deodorizers to get the smell to be tollerable. The maid crew also didn't feel the need to replenish our room with soap or shampoo or sometimes even towels. When I went to check out I found that they had only reduced our rate for the smoking room by */night and the manager was of course not in that day (or anytime except early in the morning).

The colors in the room are light, this makes it very comfortable. They had tape and textured walls, tile on the shower walls, the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was great. You had many choices. The people were very nice.
