My husband and I usually stay with family while we are here visiting but we didn't want to impose on anyone this time, so I took a chance and booked our reservation here with this Holiday Inn Express and was really pleased. Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was great! I think what impressed me the most was the maid service. The lady was so nice and pleasant and I even tried to tip her for going out of her way for me and she wouldn't except it. I will not hesitate to book again next year!

In the years that I have been traveling I have always had problems, namely cleanliness. This is the first time I have actually slept in the bed with the hotel's sheets etc. I would always get towels and put them over the couch and sleep on it. I've seen very bad things in hotels. I have even had to ask the desk to send someone to clean the room. If it would make a difference I would name some of the many hotels I stayed at to get some results. Please send me e-mails concerning your very satisfactory hotels. I hope they are all the same every where! Finally, I can say Thank You!
