We have stayed here many times, as our daughter goes to Sury Fredonia. We alowasy have a clean room and the owners are very nice to us. If we need anything they alowasy accomodate our needs. The price is right, and we love the area.

I found spacious lawns, lovingly tended gardens, large, clean rooms containing all the necessities all at a reasonable price with the Dunkirk! 2 restaurants with lakeside dining and good service are nearby. I am glad I found this gem!
