The manager was very courteous and welcomed us well. There was some renovation going on, and they were building a new office. Overall the room were good for the price, and I enjoyed the stay
This was just an overnight to attend my nephew's college graduation, so we only changed clothes and slept there.Room was cold; turned thermostat all the way up & it took several hours to get heat. No blanket, only sheet and bedspread - had to get a comforter from front desk & he went outside to another room to get it. No coat hangers. It was a 20' x 20' room with a 5' x 10' bathroom in one corner & no heat in bathroom. There was a wierd odor in room when we first went in. Oh well, what can you expect for 40 bucks - not the comforts of home!

After 2 days of fighting back and forth with the hotel manager regarding whether or not rooms were available and at what price, I ended up canceling my reservation there completely. I called the hotel and booked a room myself, then when I found a better price on the internet I booked another room and tried to cancel my first reservation, but the manager told me the discounted price would not be available to me since I had not booked to room a month in advance!
The manager tried to palm off with a total of 2 lesser room, one reeked of smoke, bathroom doors (in 3 different rooms) were 1"" short of fitting at top and bottom. Remote was dead. A/C in two rooms sounded like a washing machine full of tin cans. Lied to me and said hot tub was in separate room from rooms to rent, when I asked for an outside line to make a 800 call finally gave me the room I reserved, with a working hot-tub.
