Signs posted throughout the hotel remind staff that their goal is to be the #1 rated Holiday Inn Express in the nation. It is obvious that the staff takes this to heart. From feindly staff to complimentary breakfast on the go (fruit, cookies and bottled water in a to-go bag at front desk) to the down-like comforters on bed which replace standard bedspreads, to the cleanliness of the room, this property really was trying hard to please.
