Super convenient to NW Portland, also an easy freeway trip to OHSU. We came for a medical procedure and getting back and forth took only 10 minutes by car. Also it's just 8 short blocks to the Portland Streetcar which takes you downtown. Bus stop across the street can get you downtown or over to the east side, too. Lots of coffee, food within walking distance. Library a few blocks away. Warm swimming pool. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Nothing not to like!

The hotel was very clean. They had a good complementary breakfast. We had reservations for one night but ended up staying another night at the hotel eventhough we had plenty more hotels to choose from around the area.

I travel for business 30 weeks out of the year. The people at this hotel are great. The check in and check out was quick and they were very knowledable about all the local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The bedding seemed new and it was very plush. All in all I had a wonderful stay, and I will be returning here in the future. For the price you can't beat it in the Downtown area.

The pillows on the beds were marked firm and soft and medium. The pool was like bathwater, but the the hot-tub looked dirty but it was just the texture of the cement. the giftshop is a little overpriced though..

Excellent location in the NW area. Walking distance to great shopping and close the freeway without the noise. Loved it and plan to make it a return and return again spot. Plus, it was a fabulous value for its location and elegance.

This was a great hotel for the price! Very clean and cute. The staff was very friendly and everything was just fine. No complaints. And it is located right down the road from great shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

Bed & linens high quaility - great night's sleep! Room pretty basic, the usual hotel room. The location was a bit further from the downtown than we thought given the map, but free streetcar handy as well as the bus. The room was very clean, and not in anyway tacky - nice fluffy towels and such made it a bit better than your average lower priced hotel room. The free parking was great. The front desk staff was rather abrupt and cold - could use a few social skills there, but whenever we had an inquiry (our airconditioner wouldn't go off) they were prompt and courteous.
