Considering the local options, this is definitely the best you can do. it seems a bit steep in price. but perhaps thats bc i only stay around holidays. You will be comfortable there.
My husband and I stayed here for a friend's wedding in Lake City. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed that it was very moist. There was mold on the bathroom walls and lots of flies, gnats and other unidentified bugs. The bathroom is small and the towels were left from the last guest's stay. We thought that we were staying at th e nicest hotel in Lake City but for the price, we could have stayed at a hotel along the interstate about 20 minutes away.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. I am constantly impressed with how neat and clean the rooms are.
