We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The breakfast included with the room offered many more options than other hotels where we have stayed. The only negative was a person in the room next to ours smoked heavily and the hall was filled with the smell of cigaretter smoke, We reported it right after we arrived, but it continued. The next time we spoke to the front desk, they said they didn't know anything about it, but would check into it. Evidently "smoke-free" is not inforced very well.
Hotel is located on the Lake. View is beautiful. Only complaint I had was that the check in time was 3:00 and our room was not ready until after 5:00. I hope this was the exception, not the rule.

I booked two rooms and both were adequate and quite comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that I was next door to a smoking room and could smell smoke through the ac vent in bathroom. The kids thought the swimming pool was too small. Everything else was great, especially the staff! We all had a wonderful trip, felt quite safe there, and will return next year.

Check in was easy, room goven turned out the Air condition didn't work, it was on for over three hours but room was still hot! Contacted front desk and was given another room. It was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Used the complimentry Wireless WIFI with little interrruptions in service. Complimentry Breakfast was outstanding, Eggs, sausages, waffles, and just about anything you really wanted for breakfast! Complimetry Paper received while on regular days but not one during the Holiday or after thanksgiving. Pool was open but by the time we wanted to use it, the waether had changed and it was freezing, so that let the pool out. service while in this hotel was outstanding, I see that someone was complaining about smoking in this hotel, it is smokefree and I did not observe smoking or smile smoke in this hotela at all. I would stay here again and would recommned this hotel to my friends.
