I found out this hotel was made by an interior designer and it shows it, the hotel looks remarkable best comfort suites i've stayed at. The full hot breakfest was better then most restaurants, and it was FREE. I was able to use High speed on my laptop with no problem, and get all my work done, along with enjoying a nice sleep on there pillow top bed. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again. Hopefully going back next year. BTW the airport is only less then 10 mins away, the mall is 2 mins and there are a lot of good restaurants to eat at.
Wonderful hotel experience, slept well, got all my work done, ate a great breakfast. Better then Dennys since it was FULL HOT BUFFET. Near a mall, a lot or restaurants and near the airport so everything was perfect.

The room was a small suite. It had a small kitchen with a small couch and table. Just what my family needed for a one night stay. Breakfast wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. Workout facilities were to small and equipment was a little outdated. The hotel is very close to other family we visit so I would stay there again.
Nice hotel just a bit out of the way for those wanting to stay close to the airport or be able to be close to anything downtown. However I suppose it would be good if you wanted to do anything on the northeast side of Houston.

ROOM QUALITY: Grandma?s musty back bedroom ? you know the one ? closed off from the rest of the house, windows painted shut, closet full of clothes she wears for special occasions and never washes (did I mention she?s a smoker?), a general essence of sticky funk. Our non smoking room had cigarette burns on the blanket, the carpet, the bathroom sink. A series of several lamps (none of which turn on exactly in the same way) lead from one end of the room to the other. Perhaps the poor lighting was to mask the cobwebs on the ceiling or the extra large bandage beside the nightstand. Instead, it seemed to create the perfect environment for growing a blanket of mold above the shower. Simply put, this hotel is DIRTY. Tastefully decorated? Yes. But who cares when the rooms are so disgusting that a ?19 Couple?s Special? billboard falling down out front would be appropriate. SHUTTLE SERVICE: The ?complimentary airport shuttle service? is AT THEIR CONVENIENCE. Yes, you do need to call ahead and make a reservation. Supposedly, they run from 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., but when I needed them at 7:30 p.m., it was like pulling teeth. And it?s a 20 to 30 dollar cab ride if no one is available to drive you in the hotel van when you need them. When we did manage to hitch a ride, the man who drove us home from the airport was the same person manning the front desk at 4:30 the next morning. And the woman who drove us to the airport our second weekend was the same woman I saw pushing a large cart full of garbage down the hallway earlier that morning. Please speak up if you have a similar experience!
