The staff were very friendly and helpful. They pleasantly accommodated our request for a late checkout, and when we were late for our late check out, they didn?t complain. The beds were amazing. I hadn?t slept that well in months. We ate at the restaurant twice and were pleased both times. My only complaint is that the bathtub was a bit shabby. Overall, a very nice experience.

Recently, I had the opportunity to enjoy the Emily Morgan during a visit from out of state Family. The price and the proximity to our vacation destination made this Hotel a logical and ideal choice. As I am in the business, I tend to be critical of service, cleanliness, and overall product, so it was a pleasant experience to have all my needs met during my stay. Not immediately seeing the valet, I ended parking in the wrong parking lot. The FD agent who checked me in had Guest Services move my car for me to the proper lot. The room was huge and very clean. My family was impressed with the spacious bathrooms and jacuzzi tubs. During the night, we were in search of some Ice Water, and happened to ask the Night Auditor at the Front Desk for assistance. While most agents would let us know where the Ice machine was, in an effort to be of assistance, this particular agent searched high and low for glasses and retrieved ice and water from back of the house for us. This went a step beyond in my opinion. The following day, even after we checked out, the Valet pulled up our vehicle, allowed us to deposit our luggage from the previous night, and reparked our car in the lot while we enjoyed the River Walk. This is not typical of most establishments. A great experience, that allowed me to "show off" a little to my family. Thanks! You can definitely count on my recommendation.
We arrived late so I was surprised when we walked out the door the next morning and discovered we were in the heart of San Antonio! The Alamo was right next to us and the Riverwalk was a couple of blocks away and the convention center was a 10 minute walk! Awesome hotel and staff!!

Location is really great, especially not being on the noisy and crowded riverwalk! The beds are super comfortable and plush and I love the Aveda bath products. Lobby bar was busy and a fun place to just chat and people-watch! All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Had never been before, but will definitely come back for a getaway!

Was a very quick trip - one day in San Antonio for business. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made some recommendations on places to eat that were within walking distance. After dinner I met up with a few colleagues at the lobby bar, Oro. Lobby bar was busy and a fun place to just chat and people-watch! All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Had never been before, but will definitely come back for a getaway!

My husband and I stayed in San Antonio for our wedding anniversary and chose this hotel. We loved everything about it...our room was very nice, the beds were so comfortable and it was in a GREAT location! The staff was so helpful and got us tickets to a show at the theatre. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was superb. Definitely would return and we recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to San Antonio.
